Neil Whittaker NDSF,AIFD,HMBFA,FIOPF from Design Element Flowers Irlam Manchester was invited to the Houses of Parliment in the Jubilee Rooms at the Houses of commons to recieve a Honorary Fellowship of the Insitiute of Professinal Florists on Thursday 15th January 2015. It is an amazing honour to be reconized in our Professional Floristry Industry .
