• It’ll arrive beautifully arranged and on show
• It’s guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 7 days, or we’ll put it right with a refund or replacement
• It could feature buds (it just means the flowers are fresh), they’ll soon open up
• The packaging is recyclable or biodegradable
• It includes a card, the florist will add your message inside (usually by hand)
• It might include lilies, if you’d rather it didn’t then check out our bouquets without lilies.
