With fine cuts of Seville orange zest, our Fine Cut Manchester Marmalade is packed with orange flavour, but with a more subtle zing than our Thick Cut Marmalade. Made for the people of Manchester, loved by everyone.
Ingredients: Sugar, Oranges, Lemon Juice, Tangerine Oil. Prepared with 36g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 62g per 100g.

The Eccles Cake is a traditional English cake; it is named after the town of its origin. It is not known who conceived the Eccles Cake, but a chap by the name of James Birch was the first person to sell them commercially, way back in 1793.
